LSIP – Large Scale Interactive Process

Sangat, LSIP-based community inclusion project for a Cement manufacturing organization. The project was aimed at building belongingness and inclusiveness amongst employees and township members.

LSIP, or Large Scale Interactive Process, is a methodology employed to attain organizational objectives by engaging a substantial number of participants. It is highly effective for expediting change and boosting employee engagement. In LSIP, all individuals affected by the change are brought together simultaneously in one location, provided with uniform information, given equal opportunities to participate and contribute, and kept fully informed about the entire process.
